Yes. Listing and verification are free. You pay only when a client accepts your quote, through a fixed fee taken from your prepaid credits. A Pro plan is optional.
You top up credits in your account. When a client accepts your quote, the fixed fee for that request is deducted and the contacts are shared. The amount is shown before you commit, and nothing is deducted if no client accepts.
Only a client who has accepted your quote, after you both agree and the credits are deducted. Your credentials are checked by the desk and never shown publicly.
