What aLTlas is
aLTlas is a trade-facilitation agency and marketplace. Unless a written mandate says otherwise, aLTlas is an introducer and coordinator. We are not the investor, not the seller, not the buyer, and not the government authority that issues a licence.
No promise of a result
A listing, a country profile, or an introduction is not a promise that a deal will close, that a partner is suitable for a particular mandate, or that a figure on a country page is still the law on the day you rely on it. Country pages cite their sources and mark items that need verification.
Verification has a limit
We ask for a certificate of incorporation and a utility bill, and a person reviews them. That is a serious check. It is not a guarantee against fraud, a credit opinion, or a licence to skip your own counsel and your own bank.
Money laundering and illicit finance
aLTlas will not knowingly facilitate money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions evasion, or the movement of funds whose source cannot be explained. Payment rails, when they are added, will be operated with a regulated partner. We may refuse a file, freeze an introduction, or report a suspicion to the competent financial-intelligence unit or other authority. Do not use this portal to place, layer, or integrate the proceeds of crime. Accounts must be opened in the name of a registered entity.
Misconduct
If you see abuse, fraud, or misconduct on the portal or in an engagement that started here, use the report-abuse form. aLTlas reviews the report and may refer it to the law-enforcement agency of the country concerned. A report is not itself a finding. This channel is not a substitute for contacting the police in an emergency.
No official endorsement
Target affiliations named on the homepage — the WTO, ITC, ECOWAS, the African Union, the European Union, and the US Trade Administration — are organisations we intend to approach. Their names are not a badge of membership or approval. Demo listings are labelled and are not real mandates.
