Terms and conditions
The account
You open an account in the name of a registered entity: a company, a partnership, a government agency, or another body that can be identified. A personal name alone is not an account. You are responsible for the people who use the login.
Partners
A partner accepts these terms at signup. The public listing may be thin at first. Verification, which asks for the fuller record and the two documents, is what moves a listing toward a verified or featured presentation. Tiers are recorded now. Payment for a tier is not part of this phase.
Introductions
You will not use the portal to scrape contacts or to go around the desk. A request for a service, an introduction, or an expression of interest is a request to aLTlas. We may decline it. Direct contacts are released only when we say so.
Leads
Only a verified member may post an opportunity. It is not public until it is approved. We may reject a lead that is vague, unlawful, or inconsistent with the entity on the account. You may edit a draft or a rejected lead and submit it again.
Fees
Fixed introduction fee, agreed upfront, payable whatever the outcome. No percentage of funds raised and no success fee. Shown before you commit Service amounts are shown before you commit. Where partners bid, aLTlas’s share of the awarded partner’s fee is agreed before the work starts, and the client is not charged a second aLTlas fee on that contract. A fee is due only when a contract on the ledger says so.
Acceptable use
No unlawful content, no misrepresentation of a document, no attempt to launder funds, and no interference with the service. We may suspend an account. A super admin may change a role.
Intellectual property
You keep what you upload and you give aLTlas the right to store it and to show the public parts of a listing. The aLTlas name, the mark, and the country-template structure are ours.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, aLTlas is not liable for a partner’s work, for a lost deal, or for a decision you take from a country profile. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including for fraud. A cap, if counsel wants one, will be written before launch and is not invented here.
Law
These draft terms are written to be reviewed under the laws of the Republic of Ghana, without prejudice to mandatory rules that protect you where you live. The courts that would hear a dispute are for counsel to name. Do not treat this sentence as a jurisdiction clause in force.
Staying on aLTlas
Members agree not to take deals introduced on aLTlas off the platform. The success fee still applies, and repeat breaches can lose a verification level.
