1. Purpose. The parties share prices, specifications and contacts only to discuss a possible trade.
2. Confidential information. Prices, specifications, contacts and documents marked confidential stay private.
3. Use. Each party uses that information only for this discussion and does not pass it to anyone who does not need it.
4. Time. The duty lasts three years from the date of this note, unless a law requires a longer hold.
5. Return. On request, each party returns or deletes the other party's confidential information.
